Waterbury is a highly desirable 59 dwelling condominium community in Indianapolis, Indiana, located just south of 96th Street on the city's northwest side.

Whether you are on your way to the clubhouse and pool, shooting hoops on the basketball court, or just relaxing on a bench overlooking one of the neighborhood ponds, the quality of the community is apparent.

November 2008 Update!
As a result of a claim settlement with State Farm Insurance, Waterbury received almost $320,000.00 to replace all aluminum siding in the community with insulated vinyl siding. So far, 6 of 9 buildings are complete. The work will continue as weather permits. This is a very dramatic improvement to the community, at no cost to the owners!

Owner Occupancy Amendment Passes!
At April's Annual Meeting owners passed an amendment to the bylaws requiring all future sales of Waterbury condominiums to by limited to Owner occupancy only. The amendment also eliminates any new rental leases after May 1, 2010, making Waterbury a total owner-occupied community! If you have any questions please call our office at 228-9570.
