Waterbury is a highly desirable 59 dwelling condominium community in Indianapolis, Indiana, located just south of 96th Street on the city's northwest side.

Whether you are on your way to the clubhouse and pool, shooting hoops on the basketball court, or just relaxing on a bench overlooking one of the neighborhood ponds, the quality of the community is apparent.

This site is maintained by the Waterbury Co-Owners Association and is designed to be a resource for visitors, potential new buyers and of course current Association members!

~ Neighborhood News ~

Pool will open May 31st!
The pool was restored in April 2007 and sports new coping bricks, ceramic tiles, skimmer pits, repaired underwater lighting, patched and painted concrete deck and shaded canopy shelter. Water quality was improved by 900 lbs. of new sand in the filter system. Don't forget your sunscreen.

Lots of Improvement
The clubhouse has a new roof, and will shortly have new siding and windows. The Tennis/Basketball Court has been completely restored and is open now. Use your pool key to access the court. Buildings 7, 5, and 4 will be re-roofed in that order in June. That will complete 7 of 9 buildings, with Buildings 2 and 3 to be re-roofed in 2009!
